Lactic acid bacterium OS-1010 was isolated from grapes, and it was identified as Fructobacillus fructosus. Fructobacillus fructosus is more difficult to cultivate than common lactic acid bacteria, but our proprietary fermentation technology has made it possible to mass-cultivate it.
