Our silver nanoparticles provide an improved sintering process at lower temperatures and shorter time. The sintered product shows high electrical conductivity, die-shear strength, and thermal conductivity with low shrinkage in the sintering process.

It can be used in various applications, such as die-attach materials for advanced power devices and wiring materials for fine-pitch printed electronics.

“Low Environmental Dependency” Electrostatic Controlled Elastomer

We have developed “non-halogenated” polymer with electrical conductivity, high transparency, rubber elasticity, and heat resistance. By introducing a hydrophobic unit into the polymer, it can exhibit low environmental dependency with conductivity and water absorption.

We can design the polymer depending on customer demands.

We have developed a “master batch” for acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin with good balance of low electrical resistance and low water absorption, without decreasing impact resistance. In addition, it has good processability to ABS resin and good heat resistance.
